Apprenticeship Program

To equip youth and adults with practical, hands-on skills that enable them to secure employment or start their own businesses, promoting self-sufficiency and economic stability.

• Skills Training: Participants receive mentorship and training in various vocational fields such as tailoring, baking, carpentry, hairdressing, agriculture, ICT, and mechanics.
• On-the-Job Experience: Apprentices are placed in businesses, workshops, or organizations where they gain real-world experience under skilled professionals.
• Christian Mentorship & Character Building: The program integrates Christian values such as honesty, diligence, and stewardship to build well-rounded individuals.
• Certification & Job Placement: Graduates receive certificates and are assisted with job placements, internships, or startup capital to launch their businesses.
• Follow-Up & Support: Alumni receive ongoing mentorship and access to networks that help them grow in their fields.
