We empower families to become self-sustaining by equipping them with skills and financial literacy. Through training, access to credit, and mentorship, we help individuals transition from dependency to financial independence.

Sub-Activities:

  • Skills Development & Vocational Training: Teaching women and youth hands-on skills like tailoring, baking, and carpentry.
  • Financial Literacy & Business Development: Educating communities on saving, budgeting, and starting small businesses.
  • Microfinance & Savings Groups (SACCOs): Encouraging small-scale saving and lending groups to boost financial independence.
  • Job Placement & Income Generation: Connecting trained individuals with job opportunities and start-up support.
  • Model communities: Work with community change champions as Trainer of Trainers (TOTs).
